#1 Fluffy Wild Huckleberry & Organic Peach Buttermilk griddle cakes served with two organic, cage-free eggs and your choice of Daily’s thick-cut Applewood smoked bacon or savory sausage links. Served with organic maple syrup & organic sweet butter. 

#2 The Traditional Western of two organic, cage-free eggs, crispy hash browns and Daily’s thick-cut Applewood smoked bacon or savory sausage links. Served with freshly baked Sunflower Seed bread.

#3 Light and airy Provence-style Omelet of two organic, cage-free eggs, gently embracing smoked Alaskan Salmon with Creme Fraiche, Fresh Dill & Capers. Served with organic farm greens dressed with aged balsamic & freshly baked sunflower seed bread.

#4  Kate’s signature Lodge Porridge of organic Wehane Red Rice and steel-cut Irish Oats simmered in organic maple syrup and spice-infused water; with dried cranberries & organic apples. Served with seasonal fruit, organic whole cream and freshly baked sunflower seed bread. Gluten Free and dairy free options.

#5 Bebe’s Dutch Baby (the love child of a crepe and a popover) baked to order in cast iron with your choice of Daily’s thick-cut Applewood smoked bacon or savory sausage links, topped with fresh lemon and powdered sugar.

#6 The Codi – a taste bud pleasing salad of organic arugula topped with caramelized Spanish red onion, organic strawberries, crumbled Daily’s bacon and two poached, organic, cage-free eggs. Drizzled with house-made tarragon cream vinaigrette and freshly shaved Parmesan.

#7 Rocky Mountain Elk Sausage grilled, with two organic, cage-free eggs and your choice of an organic farm greens salad dressed with aged balsamic or crisp home fries and freshly baked sunflower seed bread.

#8 Glazed Pecan and Sour Cream-stuffed French Toast served with your choice of Daily’s thick-cut Applewood smoked bacon or savory sausage links. Served with organic maple syrup & organic sweet butter.
